Agrocompany VESNA LLC is a holding company, author and manager of the investment project of the Sergacheskiy Sakharnyi Zavod.

Public company Sergacheskiy Sakharnyi Zavod is the northernmost manufacturer of granulated sugar in Russia and the only one in Nizhegorodskaya Oblast.

Agrocompany Nizhegorodskaya LLC was founded in 2012; its primary business is growing sugar beets, leguminous and grain crops.

ElitAgro LLC was established in 2018. The main business of the company is production of cereals and pulses in "breeder seeds" (breeding nurseries for 2 years and superelite), "elite", and "reproductive" categories. Since 2019, ElitAgro LLC has been included in the "Register of Agricultural Organizations Engaged in the Production and Sales of the Seeds of Agricultural Plants of Higher Reproductions."
